I had been going to Top Nail Bar for a couple of months and booking in for Gel Extensions with Gel Polish. Unfortunately, this was not the service that I was receiving as when I had the extensions removed to get SNS, I was told that what I actually had was Acrylic because it was very thick. Unfortunately, the SNS that I had done was completely messed up and it took 2 people to actually finish it. I am not sure if I had a trainee or someone that hadn't been qualified for very long. The SNS chipped within a week and I have since been back to a different salon to have the nails fixed.
