Received infills from Ben, who was either rushing or not actually looking at my hand, or both and therefore cut my finger open with his electronic filing tool. This seemed to annoy him and I was left feeling it was my fault and ended up apologising, which was odd to say the least. Wasn't given anything to clean the slit, which went round the entirety of my little finger and was bleeding. It was continually pulled open and closed during the infill process, acetone was used on it, nail dust was brushed into it- really not what i'd expect for the price. Felt really alienated and unhappy. Considering this is such an expensive treatment, and my 4th of 5th visit to the nail bar, I left genuinely upset. They really took the 'treat' out of treatment!
