Booked an appointment but when I arrived it was RAMMED. Luckily I was pushy and got seen to right away, but others with the same appointment time had to wait upwards of an hour (will still waiting when I was finished)
Because of this, the appointment felt rushed. For an £85 mani/pedi, you expect a relaxing treatment. But it was far too busy and cramped - not pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend for peak times.
