Wasn't made to wait after I arrived which was nice and the colour I selected looks lovely but that's pretty much as good as it gets... - Filed my nails very aggressively, 50% of the time on my nails, the other 50% on my fingertips - Nails were filed unevenly - Haphazardly cut cuticles - Never asked what shape I'd like my nails or if I was happy with how they looked before or after my nails were painted - Left with flecks of polish and base coat on my fingers Really disappointed.
