Generally was ok but the nail polish was applied WAY too thick. My nails look ridiculous. Thought there would be better attention to detail given the price.

Used to visit regularly a few years ago & loved
Went back recently, Staff lovely and friendly & loved complimentary tea!
But … 1st person did feet spoke on the phone with her headphones in throughout. Mentioned my feet are Sensitive, proceeded to make one of my toes bleed. A lot. I did get an apology
2nd person then checked my toe varnish towards end. Smudging it and not fixing properly/ fully smudged by time I got home
No cuticles done on hands either, won’t return unfortunately
