The staff were lovely, however I didn't feel listened too. My nails were filed shorter than I wanted and not in the shape I requested. I went for SNS dipping powder which they only applied one layer to. I have been doing my nails with SNS for the last 2 years and never have I only had one layer applied. The top coat started getting air bubbles pretty much right after I walked out. I got my nails done 5 days ago...now they are broken and chipping away.

Usually very good service but this time not up to expectations. One my nail felt very rough after the treatment so the lady had to redo the work. After the treatment, another one of my nail started feeling very rough and has now starting chipping. I feel the level of treatment depends on the person doing it. The lady was lovely though, but it feels she was lacking experience and the final result could have been checked by someone a bit more senior to make sure the treatment was done correctly.
