Awful experience, my cuticles were bleeding, they did not offer disinfectant, the nail polish was old and they kept adding thinner. Didn’t apologise for anything. I wanted to ask for a refund through the formal channels but they had marked me as no show so I couldn’t leave a review or ask for a refund. I went back in person and they refused to refund saying Treatwell has the money. Treatwell says the business needs to refund me.

Super fast. Friendly. But far away from a luxurary treatment. Hand/Foot massage took 2 minutes and the soothing gloves were from boots.
