Used to visit regularly a few years ago & loved Went back recently, Staff lovely and friendly & loved complimentary tea! But … 1st person did feet spoke on the phone with her headphones in throughout. Mentioned my feet are Sensitive, proceeded to make one of my toes bleed. A lot. I did get an apology 2nd person then checked my toe varnish towards end. Smudging it and not fixing properly/ fully smudged by time I got home No cuticles done on hands either, won’t return unfortunately
