I was booked for gel extensions which I've had before and understand how they work - this was 100% acrylic extensions. I did question it when I saw the powder being prepared but was told it was "gel powder" which is not a real thing. I carried on with the appointment because I had prepaid and I'm not opposed to acrylic nails, but it's just not what I had paid for so I was quite disappointed. Unfortunately they look really messy
the staff are friendly though and the color is nice!
