Truly an unsatisfactory experience. Booked two deluxe pedicures for myself and my mum for Mother’s Day and left bitterly disappointed. Mincy evidently lacked experience, leaving toes a mess with excessive layers of varnish and poorly trimmed cuticles. After nearly 2hrs, we were advised shoes can be worn, but our toes smudged at our dismay. When flagged up to the male therapist, there was no interest in finding a resolve for the poor service, instead he rushed back to a client. Don’t go here!

Awful experience, my cuticles were bleeding, they did not offer disinfectant, the nail polish was old and they kept adding thinner. Didn’t apologise for anything. I wanted to ask for a refund through the formal channels but they had marked me as no show so I couldn’t leave a review or ask for a refund. I went back in person and they refused to refund saying Treatwell has the money. Treatwell says the business needs to refund me.
