The nail technicians were nice and welcoming, however the quality of the service was poor: my full pedicure was actually just a scrub and a superficial trim using cold water, the gel application was good. The manicure was also done with cold water, technicians changed three times and I was cut deeply while doing the cuticle trimming. Unfortunately this was the most expensive service I've paid for in central London and probably getting the worst result. I will not go back and do not recommend it

Nam is awesome! I did a gel manicure the shape she did for me elongated my nails, chose an awesome colour too with beautiful nail design. Salon is clean, on time and all the staff are polite, professional and super friendly. Definitely coming back
