First time here, I booked gel removal with manicure. I walked in, nobody even looked up to acknowledge me. Third person trying to start on my nails didn’t speak English so someone else was able to answer my questions. However she absolutely murdered my nails, overfiled them to the point that on day 1 my nail has broken through midlength. When I chose colour I saw there were some other options I didn’t see before. I chose one of them, they didn’t tell me it costs extra until it was done.
