I was with my friend and we were left half way through our appointment so they could give the same treatment to two walk ins. By the time they were done there were other customers so we had one person for both of us even though we wanted it together

Good result but took too long. We had an appointment for pedicure and another couple turned up and we were abandoned halfway through for about 45 mins while they had a pedicure - took over 2 hours total instead of 40mins which was frustrating.
