Very quick service and the staff seem very experienced. They pay attention to detail and do not mind accomodating indecisiveness. They let me try three different colours!

Manicure and pedicure were good and staff were pleasant. The venue is a little tatty but it doesn't reflect in the nails and that's the main thing. I will return.

I had to wait 15 mins to be seen although I had a scheduled appointment, however the service I recieved once I was seen was spot on and efficent.

The express manicure was very very rushed and therefore badly done and with no finish. Staff not nice or friendly. I'd rather pay £5 more and go somewhere better.

The staff were all pleasant and my mani/pedi turned out fine but the pedicure was rushed, my massage chair was broken :( and I was left for 45 minutes between the pedi and mani so the appointment took way longer than planned.
