I was slightly disappointed with the service. The lady who did my nails wasn't very friendly and even though I had paid for full overlays through Treatwell she insisted I only needed infills. Because of the language barrier I couldn't be bothered to argue but she was rather rude about it and I wasn't refunded the difference. At the end I was asked to provide my reference number from Treatwell, which I did, but the man was convinced I hadn't paid. I think Treatwell should send a confirmation of payment to the salon itself as I don't like being accused of not paying!

Open til 8pm which is hard to find in London, lovely staff and great job on my nails. Little bit pricey but was very happy with the result.

May be because I went on Friday, it was very busy and cramped. They didn't offer somewhere to put my coat/bags during my session. The therapists are all non-english and constantly talk to each other over customers during the sessions, occassionally laughing in a foreign language. I guess that's okay but as a paying customer though I personally find this extremely off putting. There was an additional £5 charge and I found out they only took cash only...
The nails look amazing though another hand!
So if you really don't care about the ambience I would recommend it!

What you would expect from a nail-bar. Very busy! My nails were lovely and I thought value for money was excellent.
