Been to this venue a couple of times now and have always had a good experience. They have a great variety of colours for the two week manicure so there is a good choice and my nails were completed in good time to a great standard.

The pedicure was fantastic but the service was shocking. I arrived 5 minutes early and spent 10 minutes stood by their counter waiting to be served.
After going up to the staff (who were busy painting nails) I was told to have a seat and it would be 5 minutes. To kill time, I made the error of going down stairs to use the toilet.
When I came back two women (who I hadn't seen earlier) were picking our colours and waiting. These women went and got a pedicure BEFORE me. Seeing as I booked I thought this was odd.
After over an hour of waiting I was finally seen! Sadly this also made me the last customer in the store so the 40 minute treatment was a rushed 20 minute treatment. (I refused to leave before my nails were dry despite their 'would you like to air dry them outside question/hint...)
When leaving they asked me to pay? When I had already paid via Treatwell. (Trust me. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have walked out)
It's a shame as the shop was clean, the pedicure was good and it was fairly cheap.

The venue was in a good location, but it was functional rather than relaxing. Speedy but... Not sure about the products either - used Gellish rather than Shellac and the UV lamp was dodgy!

A good experience all round! A lot of attention was paid to the manicure and pedicure - it felt very thorough. Will definitely go back.
