Nobody told me that the manicure did not include cuticle work so I had to pay extra £5. It would be really helpful if there was a description of what each service includes so we know what we are buying beforehand.

I went to the shop for the eyebrow threading!! I asked if I would pay by card she said yes come when she started doing I told her again I would pay by card!! She said no no cash!! I said her sorry dear I should have brought cash!! I said this is your business policy in it!! She didn't understand what I said she became aggressive I said to her listen I said something good about you, not bad things!! She doesn't have any manner of any norms!! Could be she doesn't understand English!! Please tell her to show a positive attitude to customers!! I don't know if her behaviour presents whole shop with negative vibes!!

Every month, I have my nails done here. The young ladies. Who have become mothers. Since I have been going there. Are lovely. And the Owners. Alway come up to you, and try to find out more about there clients.
