Went on more than one occasion to get my hair a slightly darker colour than my blonde and ended up with black hair such a disappointment and the worse thing to happen. Same happened with my sister ended up with very dark hair.
Also staff constantly speak in their own language which is extremely rude. Shut this place DOWN.
Horrible customer service, toes look like painted by a child and when complaining as whole toe nail not being painted worker kept being ignorant ignoring what is being said. Lazy pedicure, toes still in a state. Left crying
Every month, I have my nails done here. The young ladies. Who have become mothers. Since I have been going there. Are lovely. And the Owners. Alway come up to you, and try to find out more about there clients.
I went to the shop for the eyebrow threading!! I asked if I would pay by card she said yes come when she started doing I told her again I would pay by card!! She said no no cash!! I said her sorry dear I should have brought cash!! I said this is your business policy in it!! She didn't understand what I said she became aggressive I said to her listen I said something good about you, not bad things!! She doesn't have any manner of any norms!! Could be she doesn't understand English!! Please tell her to show a positive attitude to customers!! I don't know if her behaviour presents whole shop with negative vibes!!
Tell her to maintain to professionalism!! Very bad attitude!! Otherwise every one stop coming slowly slowly
