Unfortunately I won’t be returning. On first impressions, the salon is modern and clean, quite nice. But then I noticed the price board, and realised their prices are much cheaper than they are on Treatwell, which is not something I have experienced before. The main reason I won’t be returning is the customer service. My nail technician had an aggressive attitude throughout the entire manicure. I booked an ombré, but didn’t go ahead with it as they didn’t have my choice of colour (totally fine). I chose to have a chrome nail colour and an extremely simple design of daisies on two fingers on each hand. Before starting she didn’t tell me this would affect the price of the treatment. After being spoken to rudely for an hour she then told me I’d have to pay £10 more for the chrome and artwork....had I known it would be extra I would have got something else done. If she had been pleasant throughout the manicure I would have minded less about the extra charge. I do not think my manicure was worth a total of £45 in the end, and feel ripped off.
