The procedure itself was not unpleasant, even though this was my first time with a Hollywood wax. The lady doing my wax made me feel very comfortable by chatting through the entire process and she was both professional and as gentle as could be expected. The reason for the 3/5 rating is due to the length of the treatment, which lasted for almost an entire hour, and the fact that it is a bit pricey, especially considering the location is not Central London. Additionally I received a small wax burn, though the skin thankfully flaked off in a couple of days and left no mark.

The staff was very friendly and nice. I had an eyebrow tinting which worked out great. I also had eyebrow threading, but I am am not happy with the shape - one of the eyebrows is way shorter than the other, which has never happened to me before. I will need to fix this with a pencil. It's a shame because I only noticed later when I got home.
The salon is not properly vented/air conditioned, so prepare for a really strong smell of nail polish and nail products.
Other than that, the staff is very nice and attentive.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had my nails done just the way I wanted with a chat and a coffee. Mini pamper!

Really friendly and professional new salon, I booked the last appointment of the day and kept them open late but couldn't have been more accommodating and wanted to ensure a good cut beyond the type of appointment I had booked. Very impressed and a lovely haircut, would highly recommend!
