Booked appointment and arrived about 15mins early. Lady was then running about 10 mins over with another client and asked what I was having done. When I stated acrylics she said they did not do it. Not ideal when it’s available to book online - very inconvenient.
Booked via treatwell app. Got to the salon and they told me that they were closing and that the manager wasn't in to let them know that I had booked. They were going to send me away but I had mentioned that I had already paid and it was non-refundable. So luckily one of the beauticians was nice enough to stay behind for me and quickly take my gels off. Maybe I was just unlucky lol
