Paulo was awful. He was rude and discourteous. He was not willing to see/listen how I wanted my hair to be done. and then he left my blow dry in the middle because I asked him to add volume. He spoke so rudely and refused to finish my blow dry. I had to beg him to finish rest of the hair and leave my fringe as is. Never going back to him for a blow dry. My blow didnt event stay till later that night despite him putting mousse and hair spry. it always stays when other people do my hair.
