While my haircut was fine, Bela wouldn’t cut my hair as short as I wanted, despite me showing her a photo and asking to have it shorter after the initial cut. My hair looked fine, but it definitely wasn’t what I wanted. Furthermore, they tried to charge me £5 more than the price advertised on Treatwell.
