Cici was supportive of what I was looking for and also willing to give some ideas which I appreciated.

Paulo did an amazing job! I am beyond thrilled. The ashy blonde highlights turned out as hoped for (no yellow - yeay!) and the cut is sharp but gives the hair volume. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely come back. Additionally, it's extremely good value for money! Thanks so much!
