Cici as usual very cordial and pleasant . She is very chatty and listening to customer needs, done Olaplex this time and I am very satisfied definitely going back for more treatments in the future .

Cici did my hair, she moved my appointment because she was double booked. There was a considerable language barrier between us which made explaining what I wanted hard. It was rushed (circa 25 minutes for an hour appointment) unevenly done and in general a terrible experience. I will be booking elsewhere to hopefully get it salvaged.

This is a no fuss salon, Cici is very skilled and washed, cut and styled my hair. She listened to what I wanted and was really pleasant. She gave me a beautiful cut which frames my face and amazing blow dry! I am very particular about my hair and she got it perfect - I got so many compliments. I will definitely be going back.

Cici is so nice and lovely, I am SO happy with my hair. Her technique is amazing, super thin highlights (and lots of them!) , first time I’ve really liked my hair from a London salon. I had highlights with toner, cut and blow dry and she also gave me a hot towel hair treatment which was super nice. Really relaxed atmosphere and super clean. All round lovely experience I’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much
