I had a scheduled appointment but on my timely arrival there was only one hairdresser, working on someone else. I was asked to wait, and it was over 30 minutes. The haircut itself was good. What made me not happy, apart from the service being over half an hour late, was that there is a small note in the salon saying that this is now a 'rent-a-station' facility for freelance hairdressers, not managed by AG. I think previous reviews are misleading, since there's no regular staff there anymore.
