Paulo was wonderful! Thanks to the pandemic I hadn't had a haircut in 18 months, he made it worth the wait. Happy to talk through what suited me and I felt safe with him the entire time. Worth noting, there are other beauty treatments in the same building and, while Paulo kept his mask on the entire time, people who work in other parts of the building (plus their clients) would occasionally pass through un-masked.
