Paulo was an amazing stylist, he was very friendly realistic about how my hair would look if i wanted a more honey blonde and that it would have more brassy and yellow tones to it as the second round of bleach was a bit too much for my scalp to handle and had to be rinsed early - however, he ended up using an ash blonde toner to remove the yellow tones from the bleach and now my hair is the most beautiful silver ever! Great stylist, super friendly and accommodating and am in love with my hair!!
