I went with a simple balayage look That I have seen on Instagram & there was a misunderstanding where my head ended up being orange. Then on top of that I came back to next day to fix it and was told Rosie will “squeeze me in“ & told me to come at 9:30 am I waited ages and she finally began at 11am & I finished at 4pm. She’s very slow. For the first time hair dye am extremely upset and disappointed because even after this my hair was not how I wanted it. It was blonde I wanted a golden balayage
