Rosie was nice but the perm was a full on let down. I was concerned that it won’t work but she reassured me it will. In the end, it didn’t. I followed all advices: no brush, no hairbands or clips and I haven’t even washed my hair since. The perm is completely gone :( not a single curl is left! Considering it’s my natural hair (no bleach/no dye) it must have be down to an inadequate treatment. There was also just one seize of rods - so, a „one perm fits all“approach that didn’t work. Disappointed
