I went in last week and had a good time - Rosie was lovely.
My issues are that she seemed slightly rushed, and didn’t speak in much detail with me about what I would like.
I’m very upset that around 7 inches of my hair was taken off instead of the 3 that she first suggested. My hair is now above my shoulders, which is significantly shorter than what we had agreed.
While the salon was great and very professional, I definitely could not return due to this.

Marcelo was great. I have long hair and needed a straightforward cut to just shorten it. Marcelo did an amazing job with the blow dry and I’m happy with the experience and the result. Will visit Marcelo again in a few months’ time.

Rosie is a great hairdresser - after a year post-lockdown of trying various stylists I may have found The One! She listened to my ideas of what I wanted and delivered my dream hair. Great highlights, fab cut. The styling was also fabulous . Have been to the salon a few times, and the atmosphere is nice and the stylists are really lovely & friendly. Nice vibe :D 10/10
