I went in last week and had a good time - Rosie was lovely.
My issues are that she seemed slightly rushed, and didn’t speak in much detail with me about what I would like.
I’m very upset that around 7 inches of my hair was taken off instead of the 3 that she first suggested. My hair is now above my shoulders, which is significantly shorter than what we had agreed.
While the salon was great and very professional, I definitely could not return due to this.
