I am really disappointed of this clinic. My father came to UK for holiday and he had a bed back pain. He went to the doctor and he was given the same medicines that we already had even if he told the doctor that he has it, Then he was given Amoxicillin that as far as I know and what is written on the leaflet is for body bacteria rather then for back pain - well but I am not an expert. After that the doctor said that he has high blood pressure and gave him another pills to treat high blood pressure even if my father told her that he has his own pills for blood pressure with him. That is not the end of the story as he had an urine tested and the doctor said that he has a kidney infection and gave him another pills for kidney problems. Really the doctor just ignored what my father was telling to her and keep prescribing four different medicines that he doesn't need especially because he is coming back home in two days time. That is ridiculous. Unfortunately for me it looks like just making money on people that doesn't speak English.
This whole experience was strange and rather traumatic and I will not be going again. I had been told to expect certain things from my peers who have had colonics before but the lady given the treatment as lovely as she was barely spoke any English and did not understand any of the questions I was asking her - the whole process was unknown, unexplained and because of that I worried about how things felt and they weren't particularly pleasant. I felt really quite unwell the first night, I understand that it is better to have more than one treatment but im afraid I will not be going back.
All in all this is quite a strange experience. I found it quite uncomfortable but sticking a tube in your bottom was never going to be enjoyable (unless you like that sort of thing!) Haven't quite experienced the benefits yet. Was most disappointed that I was not informed that you're not supposed to eat or drink up to 2 hours before the procedure. It would've been nice to know this before signing a form saying you've understood all that. Staff are quite brusque. The lady who did the procedure was very pleasant but it's all just quite bizarre.
really good service even though the new therapist didn't speak much English. this colonic hydrotherapy service is the best I have ever experienced in London and I will keep going back as the price is great too!
I felt great after and I was supported well through the whole process. I'd definitely go again.
