I booked with Tooran but she let her colleague to do the nails for me. I booked with her because I think she can draw the good paint on my nails but like every time when I got there. She asked her colleague to do nails for me which is unacceptable.

The lady who help me to do the nail paint seems so impatient. When I asked her some special request to do with my nails, she will be annoyed and speak Persian to her colleagues. Although I can’t understand what she was talking about but I can feel that she is saying some bad on me. I felt bad about the experience. When I first come here in May, the nail technician were responsible. But now I realised they aren’t, I’m really disappointed. They don’t use card machine which is very strange.
