Turned up for the booked appointment and the salon was closed. Rang the number and no response. Now trying to get a refund for prepaid treatment from Treatwell. Pretty terrible all round and I can now see a few others are complaining of similar experiences for this salon

Elif was a really nice person but she cut way too much hair. I purposely asked for a smaller amount of hair to be cut off but she didn’t listen. My hair is generally healthy too as I never use heat. I asked her to shape the front but she gave me a fringe. You do get what you pay for although I am still very dissatisfied.
