This is a rare lower rating for me. Something had gone wrong with the bookings or something as, despite having a booking, I had to wait 20 mins. Given this was just to fix a single chipped nail this was not great. I had allowed an additional 15 mins as I have experienced delays before, but this was cutting it very fine and I was late to my next appointment. In the end they managed to fit me in but only by interrupting another customer’s manicure. Thankfully she was willing to wait!

Pedicure was good but do be warned they get very busy and you may need to wait, even with a booking. I waited 15 mins but Tai was still able to get me out in time for my next appointment.
