This is a rare lower rating for me. Something had gone wrong with the bookings or something as, despite having a booking, I had to wait 20 mins. Given this was just to fix a single chipped nail this was not great. I had allowed an additional 15 mins as I have experienced delays before, but this was cutting it very fine and I was late to my next appointment. In the end they managed to fit me in but only by interrupting another customer’s manicure. Thankfully she was willing to wait!
