Had to wait 45 mins for my appointment - however the hairstylist did a perfect job, awesome products were used and she was very apologetic. The rest of the staff however did not seem to be apologetic that I had to wait so long. I saw that another guy after me had to wait for ages too and another lady who booked to do her nails got told to cancel if she cant wait.
