Terrible experience at Tony’s Beauty. Denis was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive (surprising after so many positive reviews). Rebecca was friendlier but careless -she rushed, glued broken nails, and they fell off the next day. When I returned, Denis was annoyed, refused to help match the previous color (which Rebecca had chosen), and acted irritated instead. The repair was sloppy with polish on skin and dust trapped. My nails looked worse than before. Unprofessional, careless - not worth at all.
