Heshw was lovely, very nice and attentive, I enjoyed talking to her. However, my curly hair is difficult to cut, and it came out a bit different than I wanted. Next time I will ask for my bob cut to be shorter in the back and longer in the front. After it was dry, I could see that the layers took too much from the front; the back almost looks longer now...which defeats the idea of a bob. But then again, curly hair is difficult, so hopefully next time will be better.

Eye brows came out neat and looking more like twins, rather than distant cousins, so im very happy and will definitely be coming back!
