The 'experience' wasn't fantastic, chattering and one was fussing around everywhere. I was forced to buy the client pack for £3 (after I said no once then I was asked again because of 'covid' that I should 'have it' The water for my pedi was not hot. Was told the nails would take 1hr to dry so I need flip flops &I forgot mine so I had to buy theirs for £5 after i left salon, my nails dried in 10 mins so I didnt them flip flops!! I felt rushed to leave
