I am gutted by the result of my colour treatment. I've spent nearly a year trying to grow out a horrible black color and chopping off length. I explained all this to the lass and told her I wanted to err on the lighter side, and that I didn't want it to blend perfectly with the ends. The result is somehow even darker than before, like a purple black, and I'm right back to square one. The first thing she said was how great it was that it blended with the ends, as if she hadn't listened at all...

Think she lacked confidence when cutting my hair.
And you need to invest in som detail clippers for the fine hair at the back of neck and around ears.
Also just had a plastic bib. Men’s hair requires neck tape and sealing so no small hairs go down the back.
