Arrived at the salon to no greeting whatsoever! Just stares from both hairstylist and customers, I felt very uncomfortable. Amy (I knew it was her from the photo) then came up to the reception desk and was the only one who asked if I was there for an appointment. She offered me water because I was sneezing due to my hay fever, so kind of her. Amy finished doing my nail in 40 mins which was good-just hope they last.

It was the first time i had my hair cut in the UK and my experience with Heshw was just amazing. She is friendly, very polite and very skilled. She understood immediately what i wanted and what is possible to do with my hair.
Unfortunately my nails look like they had polish applied by a 5y old and on top of that, the receptionist decided to take the air blow machine away from me without even asking if i was happy and if the nails were dry. They obviously weren't.

Staff was really friendly and cooperative..Tarn was professional and did an amazing pedicure while checking what my feets needed. His hand was gentle. Will definitely book again soon :)
