I absolutely love the cut and she managed to make time to do highlights for me even tho booked a different treatment. I feel fabulous. Definitely will be back. Heshw made me feel comfortable and was nice chatting. Feel very festive now with all the Xmas songs.

The atmosphere in the salon is lovely. I like all the flowers and green.
The therapist was quick and efficient and the team is friendly but quiet. However, I'm a bit disappointed by the hygiene. All manicure equipment are used for many clients. In other salons I'm used to sterilised and packed equipment which is opened up fresh for my treatment. This is not the case here. The light to put your hands in was not cleaned since a long time. It was sticky.

The pedicure was nice and relaxing,however I realised they changed my therapist for the manicure which I didn't appreciate as I'm used to Denisa.The mani therapist was a bit stressed out as he had an overlapping booking.His next customer came while I was at the beginning of my manicure so it felt rushed and i was a bit uncomfortable.he left me in the middle and another therapist finished the work.didnt have my hand massage or lotion applied. Paid £100 so I expect the experience to be excellent
