The nails look like big dolops made of acrylic, which is not very professional. I've pre-paid online and at the end she told me that I need to pay an additional £15 because I had something else, however, at no point did she say what she's using and that it would cost extra.
It feel like she took advantage of the fact that I've never been there and didn't do what I booked and paid for and instead she's used and done extra things which she knew would cost extra without checking in before with me.
