I had a balayage done together with root tint. My hair is brown and I wanted it much lighter. I showed her my pictures from previous balayage's done and exactly what I wanted. The stylist told me my hair would go lighter after 3 washes which it didn't. I emailed the salon and to date they have not even bothered with a reply! Don't go there £220 wasted! Can't see any difference in my hair

The worse experience I've ever had. I was waiting 30 minutes to be served and be told that they won't do my nails as it will take long, end of the day I was served I wish I took my money and cancel!I had nails done in different salon they were perfect, the lady in this salon was doing infil it looked like she never done that before! She put acrylic only on top of my nails now I have big lumps it looks disgusting. She destroyed the shape of my nails. Pls return me my money I can send pics
