My hair was cut waaayy shorter than I wanted. I asked for a trim on the length and layers added. She checked the amount to trim at the start which was fine but then when she added the layers she cut into the overall length and ended up taking loads off. The layers are also really blunt lines and don’t fade into each other. I’m really disappointed and although I’m now stuck with the length I will need to get the layers fixed by someone else.

I have been coming here for over a year and I suppose as they can count on my business they just stopped caring . I always book with the same two nail technicians , but recently I have been booking well in advance for my technician of choice but the day before I get moved to someone I don’t want plus I can’t cancel when I see it as it is always moved less that 24 hours before the apt . Not sure where the issue lies here,management or technician. Just sad really as regular customers don’t matter
