Perfect environment! Clean and stylish. Friendly staff with a professional attitude. I only had a manicure and a pedicure. It is definitely a would-go-again place!

My booking was rebooked for another day, without noticing the work needed to be done on my nails, even though they had a look when i visited to rebook. However, when i arrived on the day, i was advised that the gel has cracked and it needs to be re done from scratch and that there is not enough time allocated for my booking to do that. Of course I was disappointed given that I couldnt do any day in the following week due to work. A huge thanks to Denisa who spared her lunch break to do my nails!

Amazing work by Amy, as usual. She is attentive to details and she is fast and precise. I do acrylic as my nails are very short and fragile, I would raccomend this treatment if you bite your nails like me.

I had a balayage done together with root tint. My hair is brown and I wanted it much lighter. I showed her my pictures from previous balayage's done and exactly what I wanted. The stylist told me my hair would go lighter after 3 washes which it didn't. I emailed the salon and to date they have not even bothered with a reply! Don't go there £220 wasted! Can't see any difference in my hair
