I have been coming here for over a year and I suppose as they can count on my business they just stopped caring . I always book with the same two nail technicians , but recently I have been booking well in advance for my technician of choice but the day before I get moved to someone I don’t want plus I can’t cancel when I see it as it is always moved less that 24 hours before the apt . Not sure where the issue lies here,management or technician. Just sad really as regular customers don’t matter
