New stylist cut layers into my hair without being asked and totally changed my style. She didn’t discuss what I wanted just took me straight off to wash it. Water too cold and then scalding. A shame as I’ve always liked the salon previously

Overall the haircut was ok. There wasn't a lot of communication going on and I feel like my requests weren't all listened to. The outcome was fine but not really what i had expected. No drink was offered and I wasn't asked how my hair should be styled. I have been here before with Heshw and had a really good experience so this was a shame..
