My haircut and blow dry was great. The stylist (Heshw) listened to what I wanted, cut the right amount off, added layers like I asked and gave me a lovely, bouncy blow dry. I would definitely get my hair cut here again.
For gel/shellac removal they use an electric file. I found this painful and the beautician made my toe bleed. She suggested that removing the skin helps with the polish but I’d rather not be injured in the process! They were painted nicely but the removal was not pleasant.

The salon looked nice and there seemed to be a few regulars,so maybe I was just unlucky. The manicure lasted for about 2 weeks, which I did not expect considering that the dust had not been wiped off before applying the polish.But the issue is that my nails were damaged due to the excessive filling. An electric file was not needed (and painful!), since I was not having acrylics - a buff would have done the job. I've been getting my nails done for years but they've never been in such a bad state.

Denisa gave me a very warm welcome, we always have a lovely chat, she is very friendly. This was my first Anti-Aging Facial, Denisa dimmed the room, there was relaxing music playing and I felt very cosy under the blanket. The facial was amazing, and the end result was excellent, I feel firmer and blackhead free, Denisa did a thorough job! Thank you!! I highly recommend this treatment.
