New management, terrible service. Eyebrows looked okay at the shop with their lighting but upon closer inspection, absolutely terrible job at waxing. My eyebrows have lost their shape and I have to find another person to fix it. This place was my go to for eyebrows but will be looking for somewhere else.

Great. Staff is accommodating in rescheduling last minute without making a big fuss about it. The hairstylist was brilliant, took into account my request while providing feedback and recommendations; definitely an experienced stylist who knows what to do. Will return.

Heshw is normally attentive to detail, but this time it was not the case. After washing my hair I have noticed that the length on either side is very different. It was really noticeable and it is becoming more and more noticeable now that it is growing back. It has been over a month after my visit now and my head looks super weird, you can clearly see that there is much more hair on one side and it's much longer in general.
