It was not Rebecca doing my nails but a male nail technician. He was running late as he was doing the wrong thing for the last client. He was rude to me and his hair dressing colleague. I couldn't understand his English and then he shouted at me. He was tutting and made me feel uncomfortable. Shellac removal took one hour to complete instead of 20minutes. The end result was poor and I ended up having to file my nails again at home. Sorry to say that I won't be getting my nails done here again.

The guy on shift did not understand the shape and the length that I wanted even after showing him a picture explaining several times. He gave me attitude when I asked him just to take the extensions off 10 mins in. Wouldn’t stop huffing and puffing so I just walked off. Terrible experience
